General Technical Information  

If you are having problems of any kind with this site, please call 605.718.0415.

The site has been tested with later versions of Internet Explorer and other popular browsers.  If you experience problems, please let us know immediately and be prepared to describe the issue as well as your browser information.

Current know issues with this site:

  • Fire Fox and some other non-Internet Explorer users were experiencing problems with the menuing system at the top of each page.  THIS BUG HAS BEEN FIXED.
  • If you are using an old version of Internet Explorer (version 6 or older), you may experience issues with pages that extend beyond the bottom of your browser window.  If it appears there should be more content but you are unable to get a scroll bar on the right side of your browser, try updating to a newer Internet Explorer version.
  • If you fill out the online registration form but provide no email, the system is unable to display your registration information.  If you don't have an email address we can use for correspondence, please download and use the printed form instead.

Video Technical Issues  

Some of the video clips are quite large and will require time for your computer to buffer the content.  The player that is built into the web page will show you the buffering progress.  A high speed internet connection is highly recommended.

The video player has been tested with the later versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox.  If you are using a web browser other than Interenet Explorer, you may need to download a "plugin" or "add on" for your particular browser.  We are using Windows Media Video which seems to be the most widely supported across all browsers.  The "add on" for Firefox is located here.  We make no guarentees regarding the safety or usefulness of the "add on".  Install at your own risk.

If you are unable to get the video to play in the browser window, use the "download" link at the bottom of the page.  You can left click and in most cases get the video to play in the media player on your pc.  You are also welcome to download the video by using the right mouse button.
